Crimson Tigers is proud to teach several different styles of martial
arts, including Karate, Kung-fu, Ju-jitsu and Kickboxing. This ensures that each student experiences a
well-rounded martial arts program. Our classes are appropriate for people of all ages and fitness levels. Martial arts addresses all aspects of
fitness: cardiovascular, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. Additionally, it builds confidence,
honour, and respect for oneself and one’s peers.
Classes are age-appropriate - your children will have fun and not
realize that they are learning and exercising simultaneously. Adults will find classes more challenging,
but fun nevertheless.

hosting an intra-school tournament on Tuesday, January 27th. The
following divisions are available: kata, kumite, ju-jitsu, kung
fu, weapons, grapling. $10 for your first event, $5 for each

Karate grading on Wednesday, June
25th. The grading starts at 6:00pm for both adults and
children. Please fill out a grading sheet, and only those with
their name on the Grading Permission Sheet will be allowed to

Monday and Wednesday 5:45pm classes are back, the Leadership Class on
Tuesday will change at a later date, and there is also a new Kickboxing class on

This is a chance for all schools around the
world that are associated with the YKKF to come together and train over
one great weekend! There will be instructors from around the world
(Canada, Italy, France, England, Belgium, India, Armenia, etc.), which
students will have the opportunity to train under in m any different
styles. There are numerous options available, including training
anywhere from one afternoon, to four straight days. There are also

learn an advanced kata. The seminar begins at 1:00pm - $40 in

January 21: Shu Chu Geko - 12 hour training session (8am-8pm)
held at Shu Ha Ri dojo in Barrie. We will be training with four
great masters, including our very own Sifu Doug Lee, as well as with
Sifu Mitch Harrow, Sifu Alex Atkinson, and Shihan Yamanaka. $100
before Jan 6, $110 after. Sure to be fun for all! Come in
and train as much (or as little) as you would like.
